I project-managed UASI’s weekly editorial program from start to finish, coordinating with our in-house healthcare experts to produce insightful thought leadership pieces. Each month, I led editorial planning meetings and oversaw the review and editing process through a structured project management system to keep content on track and consistent. The articles were strategically distributed across channels from LinkedIn and paid campaigns to lead-generation content, email marketing, and one-on-one sales enablement. This cross-channel editorial approach amplified UASI’s voice and strengthened our credibility as a trusted industry leader.
