For a team of 600+, I redesigned UASI’s employee communication site, turning it into a sleek, user-friendly hub where employees can quickly find essential information and resources.
I also crafted a suite of onboarding templates, sales proposal/RFP templates, and presentation decks to give internal documents a polished, consistent look. Working with recruiting and service line leads, I produced several engaging recruiting videos for LinkedIn and built a LinkedIn post library, making it easy for recruiters to share on-brand content that showcases our culture and open roles.
Through these initiatives, I strengthened internal communications, improved employee experience, and enhanced UASI’s employer brand across both internal and external channels.
