UASI Solutions is a mid–revenue cycle healthcare company that helps hospitals strengthen coding, documentation, and revenue integrity. When I joined, the brand lacked a cohesive marketing strategy and a clear path to generating qualified leads. I did a complete revamp of the brand updating visuals, refining messaging, and building an integrated marketing strategy.
I executed full-funnel campaigns connecting segmented email drips, LinkedIn ads, webinars, and custom landing pages, all fully integrated in HubSpot CRM with lead scoring, automated workflows, and sales pipeline management to efficiently convert MQLs to SQLs. I also manage editorial content, including a weekly thought leadership series, and optimized the website for SEO, driving increased traffic and expanding the lead funnel.
I revamped UASI’s trade show presence with a complete new setup, including redesigned booths, eye-catching collateral, marketing videos, and interactive touch screen dashboards for demos. I also run high-impact webinars, ensuring all leads are captured in HubSpot and followed up with automated sequences, while tracking ROI to continuously improve event performance.
The result is a modern, and most importantly, cohesive brand that not only looks sharp but drives measurable engagement, pipeline growth, and revenue impact.
