When I joined UASI, email marketing was limited to one-size-fits-all sales blasts with no segmentation or strategy. I built the company’s first structured email marketing program, introducing consistent schedules and subscription-based campaigns like the monthly CDI Tip, Coding Tip, and Newsletter to deliver targeted, value-driven content.

Working with our VP of Sales, I developed buyer personas, launched UASI’s first drip campaigns, and used HubSpot’s Campaign Manager to connect ads, landing pages, form fills, LinkedIn posts, emails, and sales sequences into a full-funnel view. I also took over website SEO, improving site performance and creating targeted landing pages for campaign-specific initiatives.

The impact: emails sent up 567% year-over-year, opens up 311%, clicks up 294%, and $896K in deal value generated from just $1.2K in spend within six months. I also led weekly HubSpot trainings to help the sales team strengthen outreach and CRM adoption.
